3.4 Emergency Exit Procedures

IN CASE OF SOFTWARE MALFUNCTION, YOU MUST USE NINJATRADER'S NATIVE FUNCTIONS.

If LotScale experiences any technical issues, bugs, malfunctions, or fails to properly manage your positions or orders, you are responsible for immediately:

• Using NinjaTrader 8's built-in native functions to close, modify, or cancel orders
• Manually exiting positions through NinjaTrader's Chart Trader or Control Center
• Not relying solely on LotScale buttons or automation during malfunctions

We are NOT liable for losses incurred due to:

• Failure to use NinjaTrader's native emergency exit functions when LotScale malfunctions
• Delayed manual intervention during software failures
• Inability to close positions using LotScale during technical issues

You acknowledge that NinjaTrader 8 provides built-in position management tools and you agree to use them as a backup whenever LotScale is not functioning as expected.
